Named after the great jazz singer Nina Simone, because you both expressed the deepest soul in your voices, eyes and lives. My most gentle best friend- defiant and kind, stubborn and beautiful, totally unique among all. Our Captain, my alien companion- my teacher of compassion. Part of my soul is gone until we meet again in a higher place. I wish I knew then what I know now. I hope you're flying through the universe, peacefully bringing love, peace and the light of the masters to all like the evolved being that you are.
